Long socks for women and men
Moxxa knee socks are long socks of premium quality for women and men. They contain anti-bacterial Artemisia fibers and offer several advantages over regular knee socks. The innovative composition with Artemisia results in an effective anti-bacterial effect for your feet. The socks are moisture-wicking, prevent fungus, prevent foot odor and therefore contribute to healthy feet.
These knee socks are not to be confused with nylon knee socks for women. These are long, warm, soft and supportive stockings with a perfect fit. Other names you often encounter are long socks, knee socks, high socks or winter socks. The latter, because they are the perfect companion to get through the colder months. The socks are reinforced on the heel and toe where they have to withstand the most. The extremely flat seam on the toes and the wide cuff ensure optimal wearing comfort. Wash socks
To keep your Moxxa knee socks in optimal condition, it is important that you adhere to the washing instructions:
- Suitable for washing in the washing machine
- Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
Recycling socks and packaging
When your Moxxa knee socks are worn out, which can take a long time, they can simply be put in the textile bin. This is sorted and textiles that are broken are recycled. New clothing can be made from broken socks, but it is also used, for example, in insulation material, furniture filling and cleaning rags. Make sure it is dry so that it cannot mold. It should also not contain paint, grease or oil stains. The paper wrapping of the packaging and the cardboard box in which the socks are delivered can be placed in the waste bin.

How can I contact customer service?

Is there a minimum order value?

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it's quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
How long does a delivery take?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the US
Do I have to be home for delivery?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
Can I track my order?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package 'returned goods' to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
Can I return the product?
You can always return a product. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@moxxa.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

How do I return a product?
1) To return a product, you must first register the product for return in the “My Account” environment.
2) You must then print the “ Returns Form ”, complete it and put it in the return package.
3) You must provide sufficient postage for the package yourself. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
4) You take the package to a PostNL point and keep the proof of delivery.
What is the follow-up process after return?
Moxxa will process your exchange or money return within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@moxxa.nl.
